The primary activity of Nueces Valley Resources, Inc. is to identify and acquire quality oil and gas producing properties that have a potential for enhanced production with a minimum of rework expense. Until recently many properties could not be produced at a profit due to the previously existing oil and gas prices. Now, with higher prices, these properties become very attractive when purchased at the right price. In order to find these properties, Nueces Valley Resources, Inc. has established a “team” of oil and gas professionals in its primary areas of interest in Texas and Kansas.

Once Nueces Valley Resources, Inc. has acquired a particular property, it decides on the most efficient course of action to improve its production. Sometimes this is as simple as turning on the valve to as complex as reperferating the well, installing a pump, rods and tubing and other remedial work.

Although Nueces Valley Resources, Inc. will consider purchasing oil and gas producing properties in Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, it concentrates its activities in Texas and Kansas in the areas highlighted on the adjacent maps. These areas have been prolific producers in the past, and now, with high oil and gas prices, they are experiencing a resurgence in both reworking older properties and drilling new prospects. For that reason, Nueces Valley Resources, Inc. has developed relationships with a number of oil and gas professionals in these areas. This allows us to stay informed on available opportunities as they develop.
